"Today I finally got to review the MIG200 mostly on Mig mode with a small portion on MMA and worked great. I am currently running .035 wire on 3/16 and 1/4 inch mild steel and the welds look great. Most other inverter based welder I have tried have failed on 6010 electrodes but this machine did a good job and a better job on 1/8" 7018 electrodes. I did try the spot mode feature and seems like a cool addition especially for new welders that may want to attempt body work."

"The welder is easy to set up and settings on syn are very close. Very little adjustment needed when using syn. I have used a few pounds of wire already and I am very impressed with this machine. I am not new to welding. So far I am well pleased with arccaptain mig 200. Only one small suggestion is the door was slightly bent. It's ok I bent it back and it closes ok. But the door and bottom rail needs to be heavier gauge material. This little welder is pretty awesome so far. I only use 240vac. So I have and probably won't ever it use 120v.."
